The enrollment process does not have to be a difficult one. There are, however, eight steps that are required to complete the process. We have provided a checklist for you to complete and sign along with the required materials. All enrollment materials with the accompanying checklist must be turned in at the same time.

If you want to reserve a place for your child, and need time to gather your enrollment materials, you may fill out a placement form for your child. Do not put off compiling the required materials for enrollment. Once a position becomes available for your child, it is expected that you will have completed the required enrollment materials so that your child will have been evaluated for our program. If the materials are not available for evaluation, then the next person on the waiting list will be contacted.
