The application is $50.00 per child. It is to be paid at the time in which the enrollment materials are turned in.

If you do not have your enrollment materials available, but want to be placed on the waiting list immediately, you may fill out a placement form.

The placement form must be accompanied by the $50.00 application fee which would normally accompany the enrollment form. When you turn in your enrollment application, you will not be required to turn in an additional application fee. If space is not available for your child, or if a position is not made available because we do not believe that we are able to provide your child the type of program he or she needs, then the application fee will be refunded. If a position is made available for your child and not accepted by you, there will be no refund. Once enrolled, the application fee is not refundable. A new application and fee will be required if the child is out of the program for more than thirty days.
