If you are interested in placing your child in The Early Education Center, but do not have all the enrollment application materials available at the current time, you may do so by filling out the placement form that you can pull up, fill in and print out below. The placement form does not guarantee acceptance but it will put you on a waiting list, prior to receiving all your enrollment materials and pending your child's acceptance in the center.
Please do not delay compiling and completing the required materials for enrollment. Once a position becomes available for your child, it is expected that you will have completed the required materials so that your child will have been evaluated for our program. If the materials are not available for evaluation, then the next person on the waiting list will be contacted.
The placement form must be accompanied by a $50.00 application fee that usually accompanies the enrollment form. When you turn in your enrollment application, you will not be required to turn in an additional application fee. If space is not available for your child, or if a position is not made available because we do not believe that we are able to provide your child the type of program he or she needs, then the application fee will be refunded. If a position is made available for your child and not accepted by you, there will be no refund. Once enrolled, the application fee is not refundable. A new application and fee will be required if the child is out of the program for more than thirty days.
